my pace

　答えのないこの人生を迷うことなく、keep my pace （"my pace")
しんデス。

　●昨夜はMちゃんのライヴ。
体調が、というか精神的に調子が悪くて、
行くのが辛かったけど、
でも行けて本当に良かった。
久々に３組の面々と会えたし、
舞台の上で歌ってるMちゃんはかっこ良かった。
ってか、Mちゃんに限らず、女の子はどんどん大人になって、
どんどんキレイになってく。
昨夜はそれを目の当たりにして、
なんだかちょっと寂しい気持ちがしました。

あと、昨夜のライブを聴いて、
やっぱ音楽って良いなぁーって思いました。
俺も続けなきゃなぁー。
どんな形でも。
あずにピアノ習う約束もしてるし、
ここは一つお願いしようかな。

　●今日も研修。
その前に図書館へ。
家族の問題は一生ついて回る。
だけどそんなもん、当たり前のことだ。
そんなことで、いちいち悩んでいたら、
俺は生きていかれない。

一つ！数えて進めばいい
二つ！数えて休めばいい
三つ！数えて考えればいい
my paceで勧めればいい

時が流れ　取り残され　焦る気持ち忘れる勿れ
無謀な挑戦　所詮無駄と　言われて諦めること勿れ

　●"Will societies with aging population face a crisis in the future?"

I believe it is inevitable for societies with aging population to face a crisis in the future if the people do not change the current social systems. By using the word "current social systems", I am refering to many rules and policy that societies with aging population have. For example, in Japan, which is one of the countries with aging population, many companies and organization have stipulates that the employees retire when they become 60 years old. There is no doubt that the people in their 50's and 60's have a lot of experience in what they do for work. It should also be noted that most of these people are willing to work even after they become 60. From the reasons above some companies change the retirement age to 65. I believe this is a good idea, but some people might think that offering more chances to younger generations, who usually have new ideas and information obtained from universities and colleges and who are seeking jobs, is more productive than keep on hiring older generations. I also agree with this. One solution to this dillema is to establish companies made by people who are retired. This way, society can made a good use of the skills and experience of the older generations and be productive.
Another solution to the problem of aging is an immigration policy. It is true that accepting immigrants causes many new problems that the indogenious people never experienced, but it is also true that there are many benefits attatched to it. For instance, many new ideas flow in to the country with the immigrants which will lead to new businesses.

うー。深くまで入りすぎて、全部終わんなかった。
結論も見直しも出来なかったし、使わなきゃいけない単語も使えなかった...。
あと３日しかないのに、こんなんで大丈夫かなぁー。
これから毎日書く練習しなきゃなぁー。
